Hi Denis,
Thanks for the best wishes. Actually, my shoulder is feeling a hell of a lot better. I noticed it straight after the consultation, I was able to throw a tennis ball when playing cricket with some kids with a lot more freedom of movement. Also did weights last night and am experiencing nowhere near the same amount of restriction or pain which usually happens the day after bench pressing! I may have to have further treatment on that to see if we can fully eradicate the problem.
The pulsing in various parts of my body lasted into the night and were still happening today somewhat, which in my experience is a sign of ongoing healing.
